Our heartfelt thanks to the show organizers, American Art Marketing, directed by Richard and Joanna Rothbard and their incredible assistant Hannah. It was a gorgeous show, beautifully curated and well run.

“Hawking your wares” at art shows is a very difficult thing to do… you stand all day on a concrete floor, smiling as people walk by and then telling your story many many times… and yet,
my heartfelt thanks to every single attendee that asked about my work, told me how beautiful the pillows are and of course, loved one enough to give me their hard earned cash in exchange for one!
I am grateful for that vote of confidence!

We had a great time meeting and talking with the artists, particularly those in our row whose every sale was a great excuse for a victory dance! We made new friends and are looking forward to future conversations, get togethers and maybe even a collaboration or two!

Kest… wow … no words just check out that website! And Mary Lynn O’Shea – I have been coveting one of her upholstered chairs for years now. Her fabrics are so rich and sumptuous. THAT is the tip of the iceberg, we saw so many beautiful works that I could spend the day talking about them… I know I will spend weeks thinking about them.

We owe many thanks to the veterans that surrounded us .. Laurette O’Neil and her gorgeous handmade jewelry, Susan Miller a potter whose work I wanted to scoop up and bring home to look at everyday, Susan Tarlov with hand painted silken scarves like none other…. so grateful for your advice and attitudes about “the life”.

Also … Harry got off the farm and TALKED to people and LOVED IT! For those of you that know us well, you know what that means – he walked the aisles and spoke with woodworkers and potters and sculptors, enjoying making new friends and connections.

It was a wonderful weekend full of the delights of meeting kindred spirits…. our many thanks to all of you.
